  • *     Locating bank accounts

We help you make smart, practical decisions and help properly tie up any loose ends to protect you from future conflicts.

While some firms offer surprisingly low flat fees for probate and estate administration services, the fact is, these firms often provide the bare minimum of representation. Perhaps they show up in court and handle a few things, but then they leave you with a range of administrative tasks and other issues to handle on your own.

At Tadlock & Associates we provide sound counsel & guidance throughout the entire process including:

Guardianships
for Adults

As heartbreaking as it is, adults do not always have the
ability to take care of their own finances, make medical
decisions, or handle day-to-day activities. This could be due
to a mental disability, dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, a
stroke, a traumatic brain injury, or other some similar issue.
Those adults need to be properly cared for and a
court-appointed guardian is the best way for that to occur.

Guardianship is the legal process and procedure by which a
court makes the determination that an adult is unable to
make decisions about some or all areas of life and therefore
is legally incapacitated. The Court can appoint a Guardian to
make those decisions for that adult.

Guardianships
for minors

Guardianship for minors usually results from circumstances surrounding the minor’s parents. Whether their parents are deceased, incapacitated, incarcerated, or had their parental rights terminated, these children must have a guardian designated to make decisions for them.

Matthew Tadlock, of Tadlock & Associates, is a Certified Guardian and knows what it takes to make sure these incapacitated adults and minor children get the care and protection they need.
