The feather in our cap

There are a lot of law firms that do what we do. They share the same what and how, but our
clients work with us for our why and who.

We are puzzle loving problem solvers who set out to connect clients with the most efficient solutions and protections,
so they can experience genuine success. We genuinely want to see more Texas businesses and families succeeding
and actually reaching the golden parachute.

At Tadlock & Associates we use a lot of flat fee structures to provide high quality service at a reasonable price. Put
simply, Tadlock & Associates would rather work with you to achieve your goals promptly than chase billable hours to
pay for partner golf games and expensive conference tables.

Real People

For most people, it doesn’t matter if your lawyer works in a large or a small firm. If you want AAA office space and big conference rooms, we know lots of lawyers in traditional law firms that would be happy to charge you for the privilege. We prefer to keep our overhead low so that we can focus on your interests, not billable hours.

Unexpected legal bills can be incredibly frustrating. It can also erode trust in our relationship. So, when it comes to pricing, we let you choose how we bill you for legal services.

In most matters, we can work based on regular hourly billing, quoted billing caps, or fixed legal fees. We will work to find a pricing model that works for you.

Life is busy and we don’t expect you to drop everything to visit our offices in the middle of your day. While we always like to meet in person, much of our work can be completed online, over E-mail, the phone or video conference.

We base our professional service on trust and communication. We keep our office small yet incredibly efficient to reduce barriers between you and your lawyer. You want great legal services at reasonable and predictable prices. We want to focus on delivering results rather than chasing billable hour targets. Let’s make this happen.

When we find a great online service
that our clients love, we use it. For
example, as much as we love printing,
signing, scanning and faxing
agreements, we prefer to use industry
leading digital technology when

Tadlock & Associates is build from the
ground up to embrace our clients and
their vision for the future. Hindsight is
always 20/20 but having a law firm that
can see what you don’t in the coming
years can be the difference from
functioning and vibrancy. We strive
everyday to provide effective
protections to support your short-term
and long-term goals.

There will always be a place in the
world for traditional high cost law firms.
We simply believe our clients prefer
working with a law firm that embraces a
different set of values.
